Devi Chandra Menon founded Purplehite Finserv in 2020 to do what most institutions structurally cannot: build wealth relationships that are unhurried, personal, and free from product pressure.

Her last institutional role was as Senior Vice President at DBS Bank India, where she led relationships with Ultra-High Net Worth and High Net Worth individuals, families, and corporate clients. Across more than two and a half decades in banking, she developed a quiet specialty — understanding what discerning families actually need from their wealth, not what the next sales target demanded they buy.

Today, she leads Purplehite Finserv with the same principle that has defined her career: the conversation comes before the recommendation.

Yasmine Das brings the kind of legal depth that quietly underpins everything we do — and rarely shows up in marketing copy.

Her career began as an Associate at DBS Bank in 2008, advancing to Head of Legal in 2012 and Executive Director in 2019. Across more than a decade at DBS, she provided counsel on the legal frameworks supporting corporate and retail banking, treasury, trade, custody, and cash management — playing a central role in rolling out the products and services that defined the bank's growth in India.

Her approach is strategic and pragmatic in equal measure: a deep command of regulatory frameworks, balanced by a clear sense of what actually enables business to move forward. At Purplehite, she ensures that everything we build sits on a foundation that is both compliant and considered.

Her institutional foundation was built in operations at ABN AMRO Bank N.V., where she developed a sharp understanding of how financial services actually run behind the scenes — the systems, the diligence, the unglamorous detail work that separates seamless client experiences from frustrating ones.

As Senior Financial Consultant at Purplehite Finserv, she works with a particular focus on serving NRIs, OCI holders, and resident clients navigating the complexities of cross-border financial planning. An IRDA-certified consultant and mother of three, she brings both professional rigor and personal perspective to every client conversation — particularly around long-term security and family planning.

Gouzia Begum makes sure that the experience of being a Purplehite client matches the standards we set for ourselves.

She began her career at DBS Bank, Chennai as a Treasures Relationship Manager — working directly with high-net-worth client portfolios and gaining a ground-level understanding of what discerning investors expect from a wealth practice. That client-facing foundation now informs how she leads operations at Purplehite.

As Service Delivery Lead, Gouzia is responsible for the systems and processes that ensure every interaction — from onboarding to portfolio reviews to year-end reporting — is timely, accurate, and considered. Her combination of relationship management instincts and operational rigor is what allows the rest of the team to focus on client conversations and curation.
